Internal regulations, part of General terms and conditions - On arrival, we will receive you personally. Upon request, you must identify yourself by means of a valid identity document. If you are not a Portuguese resident, please fill in a check-in form on arrival and have a copy of your travel document made. - On the day of arrival, check-in is possible between 15:00 and 22:00. You can check in earlier or later on request, if possible. - On the day of departure, we expect the room to be free by 11:00 at the latest. A late check-out is possible at a small additional cost and subject to availability. Please enquire about the possibilities. - There is no refund for early departure. - We serve breakfast at the agreed time in the kitchen or on the terrace. - Noise nuisance, especially between 22:00 and 08:00, should be avoided. - Vehicles can be parked at the parking facilities of the bed and breakfast upon availability. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed in the house. Outside in the gardens and terraces there is opportunity to smoke, by agreement with the other guests. - Swimming is allowed during daylight hours and as long as the lights in the pool are on. Diving is not allowed. Use is at your own risk.
