These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users/guests of bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros, Portugal - These General Terms and Conditions enter into force upon making a reservation at bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros. - Upon request, we will provide you with a digital copy of these Terms and Conditions free of charge. - The manager is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users. - All risks relating to a stay at bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros are the responsibility of the users. - If damage and loss of movable and immovable property of bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros occur, users must immediately report and compensate bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros. - Users must follow the owner's instructions. - The owner can deny and/or refuse users access to bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros with immediate effect in case of violation of these General Conditions and also in case of inappropriate behaviour, without refund of the costs of stay. This is at the discretion of the owner. - The administration of the manager is decisive in case of mutual disagreement, unless the users can prove otherwise. - The users of bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros must comply with the following housekeeping regulations.

Booking and confirmation - You can make the reservation verbally, by phone, in writing or by e-mail. - The rates can be found on the website bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros. - There are no reservation fees. The reservation is final after payment of the deposit! The deposit of 50% is due immediately after booking 50% of the total amount.

Payment - After receipt of your reservation request, if space is available, bed and breakfast Villa Branca Barreiros will send you a reservation confirmation with invoice, with a mentioned deposit. - The accommodation costs of a reservation must, as will be mentioned on the invoice, be paid within 7 days after reservation into one of the following bank account(s) o IBAN: PT50 0035 0130 00006224230 23 BIC: CGDIPTPL o in the name of Gerardus Bos. - The balance of the accommodation and breakfast costs, 50%, must be paid on arrival. - For reservations with an arrival date within 4 days, you can pay the total amount on arrival. Credit card or debit card payment cannot be used.
